Bosch Italia’s “Maurizio Gelmi” Graduation Award

The 14th edition of the Gelmi Graduation Award is now open, an initiative through which the Bosch Group continues to invest concretely in the future of young lawyers. The award was established in memory of Maurizio Gelmi (1969-2012), who served for many years as HR Administration and Legal Manager of the Bosch Group Italy before his untimely death.

This year’s edition offers a graduation award worth €5,000 for the best master’s thesis in law on the topic of “Remuneration aspects of the employment relationship”. Law graduates who have discussed their thesis between January 1, 2025, and December 12, 2025, are eligible to participate in the competition.
