Fondazione Collegio delle Università Milanesi has always been concerned with guaranteeing the utmost safety for students and staff of the Collegio di Milano and even more so during the current health emergency situation. To contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus and safeguard health, since March 2020 the Fondazione Collegio delle Università Milanesi has been enforcing several actions in line with the Decrees issued by the Council of Ministers and the orders of the Lombardy Region, including:
- sanitizing of spaces at the Collegio di Milano with specific products;
- providing sanitizing gel and sanitizing products;
- closing specific areas if necessary and arranging rules that define a fixed number access, maintaining social distancing and the rules of conduct around the internal and external common areas at the Collegio di Milano;
- the launching of online methods of supply of the educational services (Cultural Activities, Tutorships and Career Service);
- limiting entries from the outside of unauthorized people and launching of verifying systems for the control of entries.
The Fondazione Collegio delle Università Milanesi continually monitors the health emergency and all the actions will be constantly updated according to the future Decrees. The presence of single rooms with private bathrooms and of ample spaces are a further element that contributes to the respect of all the norms for containing the virus and for safeguarding the health of individuals and community. Thanks to implementing these actions, the Collegio di Milano has remained open during the entire period of the COVID-19 health emergency.
