Milano al Futuro: the Mayor of Milan Beppe Sala meets the students of Collegio di Milano

On Thursday, October 27 the new Academic Year of Collegio di Milan has officially been inaugurated. Guest of honor of the day was the Mayor of Milan, Giuseppe Sala: after a short tour of the campus, accompanied by the Representatives of the Students, and the introduction of Salvatore Carrubba and Stefano Blanco, the President and the Managing Director Fondazione Collegio delle Università MIlanesi, the Mayor made a speech about Milan and the future, with a focus on Milan as a global and university city. At the end of the speeches, time for the debate, moderated by Prof. Fabio Corno, President of the Scientific Committee of the Foundation: the students were able to ask their qustions and discuss with Mayor Sala about sustainability, viability, internationalization and security. Sala left with a promise: organizing a soccer match in the field of the Collegio!

The day came to an end with the distribution of the diplomas to the Alumni who left the Collegio in the past two years, marking the official closure of their experience in the Collegio.
