- Energy Efficiency & HeritageWe have successfully completed a major energy-efficiency upgrade to our historic campus. Designed by the renowned architect Marco Zanuso, the building has been modernized to pair its iconic mid-century design with high-performance environmental standards.

- 100% Gas-freeBy converting our entire cooking line from gas to electric, we’ve equipped Collegio di Milano's canteen with a high-efficiency kitchen. This upgrade leverages the latest electronic controls to significantly reduce energy waste while maintaining peak performance.

Our commitment to the environment is rooted in scientific validation. We recently concluded a high-level research project in collaboration with the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of Milan, coordinated by Professor Stefano Bocchi.
